The Hub Pro Electric team recently completed a specialized commercial lighting repair project for one of our Indian-owned business clients in Suwanee, Georgia, part of the Metro Atlanta area.
This project took place in a large jewelry store where portions of the LED lighting system had stopped working and required professional troubleshooting and repair. Because proper lighting plays a critical role in displaying jewelry and enhancing the customer experience, restoring the lighting system was a high priority for the business owner.
Several LED fixtures inside the display showcases had stopped operating, reducing the visibility and presentation quality of the jewelry on display. In addition, a number of decorative hexagonal and octagonal wall-mounted lighting structures throughout the showroom had developed lighting issues. Some sections had completely lost illumination, while others were operating inconsistently.
After conducting a detailed inspection and diagnostic process, our electricians determined that several LED power transformers serving the showcase lighting system had failed and required replacement. Additional troubleshooting revealed that some of the decorative wall lighting sections had damaged transformers, while other areas contained failed LED strips that could no longer operate correctly.
To complete the repairs, our team sourced replacement components from Home Depot and several specialized local suppliers. We carefully selected compatible transformers and LED lighting materials to ensure reliable performance and a seamless appearance throughout the showroom.
Once all necessary parts were obtained, the Hub Pro Electric team completed the repair and replacement work with precision and attention to detail. Damaged transformers were replaced, defective LED strips were removed and upgraded, and all lighting systems were thoroughly tested to verify proper operation.
After the repairs were completed, the jewelry store’s lighting system was fully restored. The display cases once again showcased the merchandise with bright, consistent illumination, and the decorative architectural lighting returned to its intended appearance, enhancing the overall atmosphere of the store.
